Wyneken is a text processor that leverages several
technologies to bring about a very professional
looking document. Wyneken documents are written in
a bbcode-style markup that gets converted into a
LaTeX document. HeVeA, Latex2rtf, and latex-beamer
are all used to bring you more functionality. In
specific, HeVeA allows for the output of HTML and
Ascii Text Files. Latex2RTF does the same for RTF
files. latex-beamer is presentation software that
sits under Wyneken Presentations.

TeXDrive is an Emacs minor mode that makes adding
math formulae to HTML documents easy. You can
specify the formula in the familiar TeX notation,
and TeXDrive creates a PNG image with the formula
and also inserts an IMG element in your document
for this PNG image.

SerbianC adds support for the Serbian
language (with Cyrillic script) to LaTeX with
the Babel multi-language support package.

K-Letter-Wizard makes writing letters easy. Just
enter the address and subject, and with some help
from LaTeX, you can produce a very good looking
letter.

LaTeX Indexbuilder is a tool for build indexes
in LaTeX. It looks inside a LaTeX document for
a given list of words and adds the necessary
LaTeX stuff to build a clean index. It does not
handle the output made from \index calls by
LaTeX, but takes care that every word in a list
is correctly identified with the \index command
without you doing the boring job by hand.

nuweb is a lightweight, fast Literate Programming tool that lets you write a document describing your software and extract the code for your software from that document.

TeXwrapper has been implemented to facilitate the
interfacing of (La)TeX with the quickfix mode of
the VIM text editor. It allows you to run TeX and
some tools like BibTeX or MakeIndex at once. If an
error occurs, it scans the transcript files and
sends a "compiler style" error message to stderr.
This program may also be useful with other text
editors (like SciTE) which are able to deal with
compiler's error output.

Karaoke con SMIL is a project to synchronize
audio, text, and images and export the final
result to SMIL, which can be played in multimedia
players such as Real Player, Helix Player,
Ambulant Player, etc. on several devices
(computers, mobile phones, PDAs, etc.). In short,
this application synchronizes the multimedia
elements in a way similar to karaoke.

scbib is a bibliography manager written in Scheme.
It handles bibliographic data written in simple
S-expressions and generates a bibtex file and an
HTML file from the S-expressions file. It is
capable of obtaining bibliographic data using the
Amazon Web service. A simple converter for
importing a bibtex file is also included.

The algorithms package is aimed at being both
simple and powerful for typesetting
pseudo-code/algorithms in LaTeX documents. Since
it uses the (La)TeX engine to generate its output,
the results obtained are frequently of
high-quality. The package comes with a manual and
is quite easy to use in day-to-day documents.
