oTranCe offers a ready to go and entirely Web-based translation platform to your project and your translators. The files you already translated can be imported easily, and the present stage can be exported to language packages at any time. If you are using a versioning system you can, update your repository with just a mouse click. All your translators need is a login to start working on translations. The administrator will be able to adjust very fine-grained rights and roles for your developers and translators.

Gettext Translator is an editor for *.po files,
which are used by gettext. It includes a
spellchecker and plural forms support.

translate.Link is a simple PHP Translation Center
that uses the CodeIgniter PHP Framework. It is
meant for use by small to medium sized projects
that use language files constructed using PHP
associative arrays. It features the translation
center itself and an administration area in which
one can add users, associate languages (one or
more) to each user, view logs, and more.

BabelKit is an interface to a universal
multilingual database code table. It takes all of
the programming work out of maintaining multiple
database code definition sets in multiple
languages. The code administration and translation
page lets developers define new virtual code
tables, new languages, enter all codes and their
descriptions, and then translate them into all
languages of interest. Perl and PHP classes
retrieve the code descriptions and automatically
generate HTML code selection elements in the
user's language. This makes internationalization
and localization of Web sites and database
interfaces much easier.

The Mozilla Afrikaans Language Pack provides translations of the Mozilla
suite's Web browser, email program, and editor into Afrikaans. All
functions, errors, menus, and buttons are translated into Afrikaans.

Localizer is a Zope product that provides a set of
facilities to develop multilingual Web
applications. It offers solutions to
internationalize user interfaces and manage
multilingual content.

Libpointmatcher is a modular "Iterative Closest Point" library, useful for robotics and computer vision. This library is designed with modularity and performance in mind. It provides building blocks to construct various ICP chains often seen in research. These chains can be tuned without any recompilation, and new modules can be added without modifying the core of the library.

Intlize allows the developer to use catgets
without its normally bulky syntax and without
having to mind the details of correct indices.
Catgets is the built-in internationalization suite
of C compilers. Alternatively, Intlize can produce
a compact file format optimized for fast access.
Intermediate files are in gettext po format, so
there are many comfortable tools available to do
the translations. Runtime files are provided for C
and C++ and for both catgets and intlize native
support.

TongueTied is a Web based application that helps with the creation of keywords with support for multi-language or multi-region resources. One of the key features of TongueTied is that it allows static resources to be exported from the application and can import translations from resources into the application. The following formats are currently supported for both export and import: Java Properties, .NET Resources (.resx), CSV, and Excel. TongueTied integrates an optional work flow around a keyword to track changes to a translation and ensure the validity of that translation. Operators are allowed to query a translation if they believe it to be incorrect.

Expose is a PHP template engine. It supports
server and client-sided caching, a plugin system
(to simplify common tasks like inserting a date
picker) and internationalization (to write
templates in multiple languages using external
translation files). Unlike most template engines,
Expose's template script language is based on PHP
itself, which means you don't have to learn a new
syntax. You can use most of the PHP language
elements and functions in the way with which
you're familiar.
