Enigform is a Mozilla Firefox extension that
provides the ability to digitally sign HTTP
requests, even those generated via AJAX. It
implements the mechanism described in the white
paper "OpenPGP-based Identity and Data
Authentication for HTTP", by Arturo Buanzo
Busleiman.

cpdetector is a small yet clever framework for
codepage detection that integrates different
strategies. It may be used as a library for third
party software that accesses textual data over
network. It also includes a best-practice
implementation in form of a command line tool that
allows sorting and transforming large collections
of documents based on their codepage. Available
strategies include: jchardet (exclusion, frequency
analysis, and guessing), detection of the HTML
charset property, and detection of the XML
encoding declaration.

pilot-mailsync is an application to transfer
outgoing email from and deliver incoming email
from IMAP, POP, or local files to a Palm OS
device. It relies on the libraries installed by
pilot-link.

ZZIPlib provides read access on ZIP-archives. The library uses only the patent-free compression-algorithms supported by zlib. Functions are provided that transparently access files being either real files or zipped files, both with the same filepath. The zip-archive can be used in the place of a normal subdirectory. It is written in portable C.

VoiceBuntu (formerly Ubunterisk) is an Ubuntu-based live CD that uses Asterisk and VoiceOne to provide VoIP service without any system installation process. VoiceOne
is a Web-based GUI for the Asterisk PBX. Ubunterisk can be used as a phone client as well as a PBX server. Ubunterisk can be administered either remotely or by accessing its local GUI. A capser-rw filesystem is used to store the system's
data persistently.

ispCP Omega is a powerful Web hosting control panel. It should be usable by any Internet service provider (ISP). This Omega release is based on the original VHCS, an open source project, but is greatly enhanced in terms of security and usability.

JavaScript is the Netscape-developed object scripting language used in millions of Web pages and server applications worldwide. It is a superset of the ECMA-262 Revision 3 (ECMAScript) standard scripting language, with only mild differences from the published standard. This source is capable of creating the core JavaScript engine as both a static and dynamic library, and a cross platform (Unix, Windows, and Mac [MPW Tool & console window]) JavaScript command line shell. JavaScript is covered by a dual MPL/GPL license.

OpenH323 is an implementation of the H.323 protocol used by Internet voice communication programs such as NetMeeting. It runs on Linux, Windows, FreeBSD, Mac OS X, and Solaris, and includes a client program that can be used to make voice calls to other H.323-compatible clients.

Xml Validation Interoperability Framework (xvif) is a proposal to embed pipe definitions in grammar based schema languages such as Relax NG (and probably W3C XML Schema). The current implementation is built on a partial implementation of Relax NG, supporting the features needed to provide a representative proof of concept. It is available both as Python source code and as an online demonstration. Although there is no endorsement of any kind by the DSDL ISO initiative (http://dsdl.org), one of the goals of this prototype is to gather feedback which may be used (or not) by "DSDL Part 1 - Interoperability Framework".

Jamon is a text template engine for Java that
is useful for generating dynamic HTML, XML, or
any text-based content. It has a rich feature
set that supports encapsulation,
parameterization, functional decomposition,
and reuse of presentation logic.

Because it is compiled to non-reflective Java code, and statically type-checked, Jamon is ideally suited to supporting refactoring of template-based UI applications.

Templates declare the arguments they require for
rendering, including dynamic template content
("fragments"), and are translated into Java
classes with public methods whose signatures
reflect the arguments declared in the
templates. This provides compile-time type-
checking as well as excellent performance.
