TYPO3 CMS is a Web Content Management System which features automatic creation of navigational menus, headlines, and other dynamic graphical elements, automatic conversion and scaling of images, the ability to present different templates based on variables such as client browser or country code, support for multiple templates on a site, and a built-in password-protection option. Pages can be timed to be shown on a certain date, be hidden on a certain date or just temporarily hidden. TYPO3 supports search in SQL-databases and redesigning of a website at once is just a matter of creating a single new template.
HTMLDOC converts HTML files and Web pages into indexed HTML, PostScript, and PDF files suitable for online viewing and printing. It can be used as a standalone GUI application, in a batch document processing environment, as a Web-based report generation application, or in embedded environments to support printing of HTML content. It runs on all Unix platforms as well as Mac OS X and Windows 2000 and higher.
LogicalDOC is a Web-based document management system that is easy to use and learn. Its architecture leverages best-of-breed Java technology to achieve a powerful and flexible solution. It supports its users with a powerful search engine (Lucene), Web service interface (JAX-WS via CXF) compatible with .NET and PHP, versioning, annotation on documents, a WebDAV interface, importing and exporting from .zip files. Documents can be organized into hierarchical folders, searched using the integrated search engine, or browsed by Tag. The system is extensible thanks to the technologies used (Spring-Hibernate) and its plugin architecture.

HTTrack is an easy-to-use offline browser utility. It allows you to download a Web site from the Internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page of the mirrored Web site in your browser, and you can browse the site from link to link, as if you were viewing it online. PHP Content Management System (phpCMS) makes it possible to need only one template for your whole Web site. It allows you to provide dynamic menus with unlimited levels, and use templates and sub-templates without a database. It is search engine-friendly and proxy-friendly, as the pages it generates can not be distinguished from static HTML pages. PHP code can be added to any template and content file with an optional module. It supports the caching of parsed pages and gzip compression.

libextractor is a library used to extract meta-data from files of arbitrary type. It is designed to use helper-libraries to perform the actual extraction, and to be trivially extendable by linking against external extractors for additional file types. Recoll is a personal full text desktop search tool based on Xapian. It provides an easy to use, feature-rich, easy administration interface with a Qt-based GUI. Text, HTML, PDF, PostScript, MS Word, OpenOffice, Wordperfect, KWord, Abiword, maildir, and mailbox mail folder formats are supported, along with their compressed versions and quite a few others. Powerful query facilities are provided. Multiple character sets are supported, and internal processing and storage uses Unicode UTF-8. Stemming is performed at query time and the stemming language can be switched after indexing.
Xapian is a search engine library, scalable to collections containing hundreds of millions of documents. It's written in C++ with bindings for Perl, Python, PHP, Java, Tcl, C#, Ruby, and Lua. It is a highly adaptable toolkit that allows developers to easily add advanced indexing and search facilities to their own applications. It supports the Probabilistic Information Retrieval model and also a rich set of boolean query operators. Omega is a Web search application built upon the Xapian library. It can index a Web server's document tree (including HTML, PDF, OpenOffice, MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Works, WordPerfect, RTF, PS, etc.), or data exported from arbitrary sources (e.g. SQL databases).
ViewVC (formerly known as ViewCVS) is a Python/CGI-based system for viewing and interacting with Subversion and CVS repositories through your Web browser. It can browse directories, view changelogs, generate diffs, view arbitrary revisions, and display annotated ("blame") listings. It has full support for tags and branches, and contains a database-backed query system like Bonsai. It was initially based on the cvsweb work by Henner Zeller, but has been ported to Python and dramatically enhanced.
mod_musicindex is an Apache module aimed at being a C alternative to the Perl module Apache::MP3. It allows nice displaying of directories containing MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, or MP4/AAC files, including sorting them on various fields, streaming/downloading them, constructing playlists, and searching. It also provides features such as RSS and Podcast feeds, multiple CSS support, and archive downloads.

Redland is a set of C libraries providing a high-level API for the Resource Description Framework (RDF), allowing it to be stored, parsed, serialized, queried, and manipulated. It has an object-based, modular design and comes with detailed reference documentation and examples. Redland supports all RDF vocabularies such as FOAF, RSS 1.0, Dublin Core, DOAP, and OWL, the query languages SPARQL and RDQL, and all RDF syntaxes including Turtle, RDF/XML, RDF/JSON, RSS, Atom, RDFa, and GRDDL.
